I hadn't booked and called when they were very busy doing Christmas lunches. They managed to squeeze me in. Service was quick and very friendly. Excellent food came very quickly. Will definitely go back...

We held a baby shower at the Potbank this weekend, and booked out a room at the venue for 4 hours. It was perfect! The room itself is technically already decorated so you don’t have to worry about whether or not it will look good, we just added a few extra touches but you definitely don’t need to. Around 2 hours in we had afternoon tea for around 16 people, the service was super quick and the staff were so helpful. If I had to recommend anywhere to go, it would be here!

Recently visited for breakfast and have now been for the last 3 weeks. The place is fantastic. So we'll laid out for something for everyone. Pleasant attentive staff and managers. Love it

We attended in May for Afternoon Tea and there were 21 of us but staff were very accommodating, helpful, polite and friendly. Available to answer any questions. From booking to the afternoon tea it was great. It was booked as part of a hen party and we all enjoyed the food and had a great time. Thank you to all staff who were helpful. Also, a few of us had allergens or dietary requirements which were accommodated correctly. I would highly recommend and we will be sure to visit again soon.

Fantastic place Bailey was fab great waitress. The food was incredible fresh ingredients perfectly cooked steak. The ambience is really nice, trendy and homely.

First time visiting and we are not disappointed! Our server Lucy was lovely, she sorted it for us to take the rest of my food home as I couldn’t manage it all! Portion sizes are great! Definitely value for money!
